We calculate pricing by using the current value of metal and gem. As our prices change from time to time, our prices change due to the fluctuations in the rate of metals and gem prices.
Prices on Triple C Diamonds are subject to change without declaration. The price you should expect to pay for the Triple C Diamonds merchandise you buy is the price specified on the day of purchase.

Purchase Conditions

In order to buy an item from this Website, users have the following options:

1. The selected diamond(s) or Jewelry can be added directly to the shopping cart
2. Jewelry that Customizes by adding diamond(s) to a ring, earring, pendant, or any other type of jewelry that is specifically described as customizable on the site, and then adding the item to the shopping list
3. Select Jewelry that is available on the website and adds the item to the shopping cart.
4. The individual will receive the request for ordering via e-mail/ fax/ courier based on your convenience.
5. Orders are generally considered complete only after payment has been received by triplecdiamonds.com

As part of the order confirmation process, triplecdiamonds.com may call up randomly who have placed orders through the Website and ask them a verification question. After the Member answers the verification question, triplecdiamonds.com will confirm the order.

As soon as the purchase of item(s) is confirmed:

1. In the case of loose diamonds or customized jewelry – order the diamond(s), set them on the mount, and deliver them to the Member.
2. In the case of Jewelry – manufacture it and deliver it.
3. In the case the bank rejects to honor any payment transaction made by a customer towards an order, triplecdiamonds.com shall have the right to refuse to ship the order to the Member without any liability whatsoever.

Return & Refund Policy

• Refund Period:

1. Customers have 14 days of Delivered Item.
2. Customized goods are exempt from this policy.

• Restocking Fees and Payment Processing Fees:

1. A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items. ( Payment processing fees Included)

   Once approved, returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 25%, which covers inspection, processing, and payment processing costs.

• Condition of Items for Return:

1. Items must remain in their original condition with tags intact.
2. The policy covers products as described on the website and with original certification.

• Coverage Limits:

1. Jewelry priced Between CAD 250$ to1000$ are eligible for Refund with 15% Restocking Fees.
2. Jewelry priced Between CAD 1001$ to 2700$ are eligible for refund with 20% Restocking fees.
3. Jewelry priced Between 2701$ to 10000$ are Eligible for refund with 25% Restocking fees.
4. No refunds are provided for Used or Damaged jewelry exceeding these price thresholds.

Canceling

All free gifts are treated as discounts.
In the Case of Partial Cancellation or Returns of Orders with a gift, the amount refunded will not include the value attributed to the Free Gift.
