Return & Refund Policy


At Triple C Diamonds, every piece of jewellery is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to shop with confidence and clarity, so please review our return policy below before placing your order.

 

Made-to-Order & Custom Jewellery

 

Most of our jewellery is made to order or customised specifically for you.

For this reason:

• Made-to-order and customised items are final sale

• These items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect

This policy ensures fairness, as customised jewellery cannot be resold.

 

Ready-to-Ship Items

 

For eligible ready-to-ship items only:

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Original packaging and documentation must be included

Once approved, returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 25%, which covers inspection, processing, and payment processing costs.


Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


• Custom or made-to-order jewellery

• Engraved items

• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage

• Sale or clearance items

• Loose diamonds or gemstones

 

Manufacturing Defects & Quality Issues

 

If your item has a manufacturing defect, we are committed to making it right.

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos or videos of the issue

• Once verified, we will offer repair or replacement at no additional cost

This does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care.

 

Ring Resizing


• Complimentary resizing may be available on eligible rings

• Resizing eligibility depends on design and setting

• Please contact us before returning any ring for resizing approval

 

Refund Processing


Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once the return is received.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping

• Triple C Diamonds is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
