1. Items must remain in their original condition with tags intact.
2. The policy covers products as described on the website and with original certification.

• Coverage Limits:

1. Jewelry priced up to CAD 1000, and Solitaires and Solitaire jewelry, up to CAD 1500 are eligible for refunds.
2. No refunds are provided for jewelry exceeding these price thresholds.
